What should I prepare for our first conversation?
Start by telling us about your business, goal and current needs. Your website, social accounts and examples you like can make the conversation more specific. A prepared project brief is not required.
What if I do not know which service I need?
We can start with the outcome you want. By reviewing your current situation, we can identify which website, software, content or advertising services to prioritise.
When are the budget and delivery date agreed?
The proposal and schedule are prepared after reviewing the scope, deliverables and required materials. Content preparation, approvals and additional requirements can affect the schedule.
Can I request changes during the project?
Feedback is reviewed at agreed stages. The proposal defines the revision scope. If a new feature or additional deliverable changes the scope, its effect on budget and timing is assessed separately.
Who prepares the text, photos and videos?
We review your existing materials at the start. If new text, photos or videos are needed, the proposal sets out who will produce them and which deliverables are included.
Can we continue working together after delivery?
Yes. We can prepare a suitable plan for ongoing needs such as technical support, maintenance, content production, account management or advertising. The scope and terms are agreed separately; these are not automatically included in every service.
